What you will do:

The Senior Manager, Brand & Content Marketing, will shape the CVS Healthspire Payor Solutions brand and storytelling to generate awareness and favorability, in partnership with product marketers. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on building and implementing a new brand that is central to CVS Health’s integrated strategy.

This strategic marketer and compelling storyteller will be a thought leader with a vision for integrating narratives that showcase our product portfolios to attract new business, foster loyalty among clients, and advocate with consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the brand strategy for CVS Healthspire Payor Solutions, including content strategy and tactical execution planning and activation.
  • Own key brand channels such as the website, social media, email, and webinars.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on brand implementation across product assets, marketing materials, and digital properties for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Partner with product marketing to prioritize content publishing aligned with key products and business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in healthcare, PBM, retail pharmacy, or relevant B2B industry.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in B2B brand marketing targeting Fortune 500 clients using cross-channel approaches.
  • Proven ability to partner across organizational levels to lead and influence.
  • Experience navigating large, complex organizations and driving impact through collaboration and influence.
  • Strong storytelling skills supported by quantitative and qualitative evidence to synthesize complex information clearly and compellingly.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
