We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Senior Manager of Brand & Communications to enhance brand awareness, thought leadership, and media presence. This role involves defining and executing a compelling brand narrative across corporate communications, public relations, and content marketing. You will collaborate with PR agencies, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft impactful messaging that resonates within the wealth management and fintech sectors. Your leadership will support sales enablement and position the company as a leader in estate planning solutions.

Accountabilities:

1. Lead and manage public relations efforts, including agency collaboration, press releases, and media engagement.
2. Drive thought leadership programs through executive visibility, speaking engagements, and original content.
3. Develop and oversee the content roadmap, creating assets such as whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and case studies.
4. Manage internal and external corporate communications, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
5. Collaborate with sales to create marketing materials aligned with business goals to accelerate the pipeline.
6. Track and report on key KPIs including media reach, lead generation, and brand engagement.
7. Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and demand generation teams to align messaging and collateral.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, or PR, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or wealth management.
2. Proven success managing PR agencies and developing strategic communications plans.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with storytelling talent.
4. Strong project management skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
5. Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation platforms.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
