We are a multi-functional group with expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises within the broader entertainment ecosystem.

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, User Acquisition/Performance Media to join the Live Service Marketing Organization. You will report to the Sr. Director Franchise Performance Media and be responsible for growing the Battlefield Franchise.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of data-driven marketers specializing in user acquisition for Battlefield across PC, console, and mobile.
  2. Identify performance media solutions to address business challenges and support growth.
  3. Partner with brand, product marketing, channel marketing, creative, and studio teams on go-to-market strategies.
  4. Educate and influence senior partners in Studio, Fan Growth, Creative, and Publishing to maximize investment returns.
  5. Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to refine ROAS models and optimize performance metrics.
  6. Set ROAS targets with studios and commercial teams to maximize game revenue.
  7. Develop multi-year paid user acquisition strategies considering privacy, AI, and lifecycle management.
  8. Align advertising partner roadmaps with business needs.
  9. Enhance strategies to grow and maximize revenue for titles.
  10. Create data-driven narratives for senior management.
Requirements
  1. 8+ years in performance marketing managing demand generation and player acquisition across PC, console, and mobile games.
  2. 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  3. Experience managing AAA game media budgets.
  4. Ownership, accountability, and ability to solve complex problems.
  5. Deep understanding of user acquisition algorithms, measurement, and creative best practices.
  6. BA/BS in marketing, finance, or a related quantitative field.
  7. Passion for and knowledge of video games.
