The Opportunity
The Sr Manager, B2B Performance Mediais a strategic role that is responsible for assisting in the creation and management of marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement while achieving business goals.
The role will be responsible for assisting in building and executing fully integrated marketing programs for the B2B business that drive customer engagement while positioning MetLife as relevant, differentiated and forward thinking. The primary focus of this role will be media planning and execution through traditional channels and ABX. This person will also help with developing custom content with Media partners and lead ABX initiatives. Duties involve media planning, administering ABX initiatives, monitoring their progress, analyzing the results, and communicating key insights and outcomes to upper management while working in an agile methodology.
