This role is critical in advancing Flexjet’s maintenance training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and effective learning experiences across the organization.

This position is on-site in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the content creation team
  • Conduct in-depth content research to support technical accuracy

Education & Experience Requirements
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance required
  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in training content development or instructional design
