Qualifications

• 2–5 years' maintenance experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical cGMP experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Able to read P&IDs and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with CMMS, PLCs/HMIs, and GMP documentation.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing, utility, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Support equipment installations, retrofits, and facility maintenance projects.
• Diagnose equipment issues and collaborate with engineering, production, and vendors to implement effective solutions.
• Complete maintenance documentation, work orders, and GMP records accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inspection‑ready facility.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to support facility and production equipment as needed.

Our client, a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join their 3rd shift operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional with pharmaceutical cGMP experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment and keeping critical manufacturing operations running efficiently in a regulated environment.

Schedule & Pay

• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every 5th weekend on-call rotation
• $30–$40/hour + shift differential

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with CMMS, PLCs/HMIs, Building Management Systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices and GMP documentation.
