The Sr. Maintenance Technician will service, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, collaborating with the manufacturing team and fostering knowledge growth within the Maintenance Team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform monthly preventative maintenance and general repairs across the manufacturing plant, maintaining parts and supplies inventory.
• Observe safety rules, identify hazards, and assist in quality monitoring.
• Complete jobs efficiently, coordinate with other departments for repairs.
• Follow instructions to optimize the use of tools, machines, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, assist other departments as needed.
• Report problems to supervisors, maintain good relations, and avoid conflicts.
• Demonstrate teamwork and contribute ideas for factory improvements.
• Engage in key projects such as equipment installation, line redesign, and kaizen improvements.
• Ensure safety and attendance as per schedule.
• Perform other assigned tasks and maintain professional skills.

Basic Qualifications
