Job summary

Independence Realty Trust Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead a maintenance team across Nashville-area properties, supervising technicians and ensuring timely repairs while upholding high resident service standards in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more.

You will work with General and Regional Managers to implement maintenance strategies, train staff, manage work orders, and monitor budgets, delivering an exceptional experience for residents.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.
