Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities maintenance, facilities operations, or maintenance administration.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience within facilities/maintenance/operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety.
• Experience managing third-party contractors and vendor relationships.
• Experience with CMMS (eMaint) and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of seven years (7) in facilities maintenance, facilities operations, maintenance administration, or similar experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience within facilities, maintenance, or operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and general facilities operations.
• Experience managing third-party contractors, service providers, vendor relationships, and facility-related projects.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as eMaint, along with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, building code, fire code, and safety compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, customer service, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
