NewMarket in Sauget, IL is seeking a senior plant maintenance leader to oversee reliability programs and asset management. You will develop strategies, supervise a multi-discipline team, and manage budgets to maximize equipment uptime and plant performance.

Lead and oversee plant maintenance and reliability activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and overall facility. Develop and implement maintenance, MRO, and reliability strategies. Manage maintenance programs and budgets, reliability initiatives, and support operational goals through effective asset management. Provide leadership to maintenance teams and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and other support functions to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance while promoting continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field

Pay Range: $155,000 - $180,000
