Job Description

1. Develops and implements solutions that address complex business challenges, enhancing the ability to make data-driven decisions and improving operational efficiency.
2. Prepares architecture and design documents for complex Banking applications, considering design constraints that translate to coding.
3. Develops secure and high-quality code that integrates seamlessly with other highly efficient subsystems.
4. Think proactively and creatively by challenging conventional approaches to contribute towards operational efficiency.
5. Troubleshoots problems, works with Product Teams and stakeholders to understand complex requirements, and breaks them down for design and development.

Mandatory Skills

• Expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
• Expertise in CICS Programming, including knowledge of CICS Screen Programming.
• Experience coding in MQ Series and IMS DB is preferred.
• Experience in Banking Compliance and Regulatory Platforms is preferred.
• Must have hands-on coding development experience.
• Experience with version control.
• Effective communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
