Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents including petitions, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage litigation deadlines, court filings, and case calendars
• Coordinate and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission)
• Assist with deposition preparation, scheduling, and summaries
• Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and trial binders
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Order, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and development
• Ensure compliance with Texas court rules and filing procedures (state & federal)
