Job description

Description

Amazon Gaming is seeking a strategic, customer and data-obsessed Lifecycle & Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end player lifecycle, from first touch through long-term retention and reactivation. This role is the connective tissue between acquisition and loyalty, responsible for designing and executing the communications, programs, and experiences that keep players engaged, active, and invested in the Amazon Gaming ecosystem.

You will build the lifecycle marketing engine from the ground up, defining the player journey, creating segmentation frameworks, developing automated communication strategies, and partnering with product and analytics teams to drive measurable improvements in player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines deep CRM and lifecycle expertise with a genuine passion for gaming and an intuitive understanding of what motivates players to play, stay and pay.

About The Team

Amazon Luna is a cloud gaming service that makes it easy for anyone to play high-quality games on the devices they already own—including Fire TV and tablet devices, smartphones, tablets, web browsers, select smart televisions from LG and Samsung, and more--with no need to purchase new gaming consoles or equipment. Luna brings more than 50 games to Prime members at no additional cost, including GameNight, an evolving collection of more than 25 approachable, local multiplayer games designed to bring friends and family together in the living room. To play GameNight titles, simply scan a QR code on your TV and your smartphone becomes your controller. With simple and responsive touchscreen inputs and support for multiple local players, GameNight offers and easy and approachable way to play whether you’re an experienced gamer of a casual fan.

Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
