Job Details:
- 10 years of verifiable experience required; references will be checked.
- Follow processes and procedures set by the company.
- Adopt a "do it right the first time" attitude.
- Knowledge of NC Mechanical Code and National Electrical Code required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience installing HVAC systems including Heat Pumps, Electric Air-Handlers, Air Conditioners, Gas Furnaces, & Ductless Mini-Split systems. VRF or VRV experience is a plus.
- Prior ductwork fabrication experience required.
- Current driver's license.
- Manage installations with minimal supervision.
- Mentor and teach novice installer helpers and technicians.
- EPA Certification required.
- Responsible for the on-time, high-quality installation of HVAC/R equipment, duct systems, fittings, grilles, registers, diffusers, controls, and related equipment.
- Identify and solve problems that might impede work completion within the scheduled time.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to supervisors, salespeople, and others to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Complete approved installs/improvements promptly.
- Complete required paperwork and collect payments as needed.
- Leave a clean, orderly, and attractive installation to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sign-on Bonus:
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates who meet our criteria, paid in two installments: $2,500 after 6 months of continuous employment and another $2,500 after 1 year of continuous employment.
