Responsibilities


  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contract language for various types of agreements under the supervision of the Legal Department

  • Collaborate closely with other departments throughout the contracting process

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, execution, and retention

  • Identify bottlenecks in legal processes and propose solutions for continuous improvement

  • Collect data and analyze key legal metrics to evaluate the Legal Department's functions


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in contract drafting, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations

  • Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate various agreements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal technology applications

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, and other CLM or workflow automation platforms

  • Strong understanding of legal department processes and technology solutions, including CLM software

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
