Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contract language for various types of agreements under the supervision of the Legal Department
- Collaborate with departments such as IT, Finance, HR, Sales/Account Management, and Procurement throughout the contracting process
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, execution, document management, and tracking expirations
- Identify bottlenecks in legal processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiencies
- Collect data and report on key legal metrics to evaluate the Legal Department\'s functions and needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in contract drafting, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations
- Demonstrated ability to create contract language and negotiate various agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal technology applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, and other CLM or workflow automation platforms
- Strong understanding of legal department processes and technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management (CLM) software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
