Job Description:

Associate at this level is a qualified, seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $5,000,000 up to $250,000,000. The Associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships, generating opportunities, and tailoring superior client solutions. The role requires proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.

Required Skills: Must have these skills to be minimally qualified

  1. 10+ years in a direct sales/originations role in equipment leasing/structured finance.
  2. Customer/Client Relationship Management
  3. Customer/Client Industry Knowledge
  4. Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  5. In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, including GAAP and tax accounting
  6. Proven ability for client prospecting and territory development

  12. Proficiency with MS Office applications

Pay Transparency Details:

Locations include:

  • San Francisco: 555 California St, Bofa Center
  • Chicago: 110 N Wacker Dr, Bank Of America Tower
  • New York: ONE BRYANT PARK, BANK OF AMERICA TOWER

Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills.

Discretionary incentive eligible: Yes. Employees may receive an annual discretionary award based on individual and company performance.
