Job summary

General Assembly is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer (East Coast) to design end-to-end, practical learning programs for enterprise and professional audiences. You will oversee client-facing design and collaborate with instructors, SMEs, and vendors to deliver AI-enabled learning patterns.

You will apply Bloom’s Taxonomy and ADDIE, manage multiple projects, and ensure outcomes drive measurable learning impact across diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  • Experience designing for enterprise, professional, and technical audiences.
  • Ability to design practical, outcome-driven learning materials (slides, guides, labs, assessments, simulations).
  • Experience managing clients, SMEs, instructors, vendors through a content development process.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies including Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, and adult learning principles.
