The individual in this role will lead many critical operational elements of talent acquisition, ensuring that the company attracts and retains the best talent to drive its success.**Essential Responsibilities:**Recruiting:* Hiring: Support hiring broadly across GlobalFoundries, with a focus on recruiting executive talent by leveraging various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, professional networks, and executive search firms.* Talent Mapping and Cultivation: Conduct thorough talent mapping to identify potential candidates for executive roles. Cultivate relationships with these candidates, understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with the company's needs.* Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with the company's needs.Recruitment Strategy and Process Improvement:* Recruitment Strategies: Develop and improve effective recruitment strategies utilizing innovative recruitment techniques.* Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline and improve the recruitment process across the recruiting organization.
