For more information, visit www.gf.com.**Summary of Role:**Globalfoundries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Lead Integration Architect to join our dynamic team. The M&A Lead Integration Architect will play a critical role in the successful integration of acquired entities into Globalfoundries’ global business and IT operations. This role involves strategizing, planning, and establishing the integration roadmap across business processes, technology, and culture to deliver seamless transitions and maximize value from M&A activities.## Essential Responsibilities:* Lead the design of integration strategies for M&A projects, ensuring alignment with Globalfoundries’ business objectives and growth plans.* Serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for technology and business process integrations related to M&A transactions.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D and Legal—to identify integration requirements, risks, and dependencies.* Help develop and maintain detailed integration roadmaps and playbooks for acquired entities.* Conduct due diligence assessments to evaluate technology, process, and organizational fit prior to deal closure.* Establish systems integration strategy and contribute to process harmonization efforts to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.* Establish integration KPIs, reporting progress and issues to executive leadership.* Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration* Continuously improve M&A integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.**Other Responsibilities:**Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.## Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.* Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A integration, IT architecture, or business process transformation within a large, global organization.* Proven track record of leading successful post-merger integrations, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing sector.* Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.), business process mapping, and data governance.* Excellent project management skills, with experience participating in multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.* Experience with cultural integration and change management in multi-national environments.* Ability to travel internationally as required.**Expected Salary Range**$133,400.00 - $242,900.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at usaccommodations@gf.com and let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
