The Role

Lead a portion of a program effort to translate the client\'s business requirements into specific data systems, applications or process designs and deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, and support application design. Exercises latitude to translate the needs of the business into system capabilities in the form of system requirement specifications. Understand and support the data architecture with the ability and expertise to develop overall solution to support the architectural direction. Perform research and development activities to support future IT business strategies.

The Main Responsibilities

• Business Requirements & Use Case Definition: Partner with business, ordering, and product stakeholders to understand business goals and define clear, structured analytics use cases and data requirements.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business/development and analytics engineering teams to ensure reporting and analysis needs are met. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Insight Enablement: Ensure that data outputs from engineering and reporting teams are aligned with business needs. Validate logic, interpret results, and synthesize insights for stakeholders. Complete end to end reconciliation of data.
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Support: Provide non-routine analysis to support executive communications and strategic planning efforts. Deliver insights that inform quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Methodology & Judgment: Apply established guidelines and methodologies while exercising judgment to adapt to evolving business needs. Help shape best practices for business analysis within the team.
• Cross-Source Data Synthesis: Combine data from systems, project tracking tools, and marketing platforms to provide meaningful insights into performance, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Ensure business logic and data definitions are consistent across platforms. Help identify gaps and opportunities for deeper integration.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or operations

• Strong understanding of data platforms (Palantir, ServiceNow)

• Experience partnering with analytics engineering or data teams

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

• Excellent with agile or Kanban workflows and Order Orchestrator products

Preferred:

• Experience with analyzing AI uses converted into technical requirements

• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in cross-functional environments

• Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

• $129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

• $136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

• $142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
