Key Role and Responsibility:

• Should have a total of at least 12+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 6+ years in Oracle Core HCM implementation and support.
• 12+ years of experience in HCM, out of which at least 6 years of experience in HCM Cloud; the remaining can be in EBS or PeopleSoft HR.
• Functional expertise in Core HR and one or more of the following modules: Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll; and preferably experience in one or more of the following modules: Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting.
• Good knowledge of HCM technical concepts – Data Migration (HDL, HSDL), Fast formulas, Approval Workflows, Integration (Rest APIs), BI reporting.
• Well-versed with considerations required in large implementation programs, including handling customizations, data migration, cut-over, and change management.
