Job Overview:

We are seeking a self-driven Sr. Lead Client Partner to help one of our top Retail partners grow their business through Pinterest. You will collaborate on major initiatives with well-known brands, build relationships at the senior level, and drive alignment across client organizations on goals and KPIs. Your responsibilities include developing a vision and strategy for your book of business, exceeding KPIs and ROI goals, and meeting internal revenue targets.

What you'll do:
  1. Retain, grow, and diversify the value delivered to our partners to increase Pinterest revenue.
  2. Coordinate negotiations with partners to create learning agendas and understand their business and media objectives.
  3. Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate regular meetings to discuss requirements and objectives.
  4. Support internal teams to solve strategic challenges related to measurement, creative, and technical integration.
  5. Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends internally and with partners.
  6. Lead the "why" Pinterest conversation with advertisers to influence their perception of the platform's role in their media mix.
  7. Present tailored digital media strategies that align with partners' marketing needs and business goals.
  8. Use data insights to help partners succeed and leverage industry knowledge to provide strategic insights.
  9. Increase ad investment through proactive planning, pitching, negotiations, and upselling across multiple business lines and regions.
  10. Guide partners on product features and best practices, maintaining up-to-date knowledge on Pinterest's ad products and roadmap.
What we're looking for:
  • 12+ years of ad tech experience with a deep understanding of full-funnel advertising and retail industry trends.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience managing processes and relationships across multiple stakeholders for product launches.
  • Established relationships with industry and senior business leaders.
  • Technical acumen in Search, Shopping, Display, and Social advertising technologies.
  • Ability to translate partner value across various organizational levels.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in digital advertising, campaign optimization, and analytics.
In-Office Requirement:
  • Flexibility in work location with in-person collaboration required once a week in San Francisco, Seattle, New York, or Chicago.

Additional Information:

US-based applicants only. Salary range: $123,241 — $253,731 USD. The role is eligible for equity and incentives, with final salary based on experience and location.
