Menasha Corporation is seeking a Floor Lead (Sr. Lead) to ensure an acceptable finished product for our customers. The role backs up the Production Supervisor, collaborates with the Quality Department, and inspects lines to ensure quality and efficiency.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for training staff and maintaining accurate documentation. Education requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year in warehouse production.

Education Desired - High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 1 year of related experience or training in warehouse production
Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting
Walking, standing, bending for duration of shift
Frequent lifting of 25 lbs or more
