DPR Construction in Richmond, VA seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) support professional to help implement safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance on projects. You will assist with inspections, incident investigations, training records, and PPE coordination while collaborating with teams to promote safe work habits and continuous improvement.

Supports the organization’s commitment to a safe and healthy work environment by assisting with the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices. Contributes to the identification and resolution of potential hazards to minimize risk and ensure compliance with established policies. Collaborates with team members to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols across the workplace. Maintains accurate records and documentation to support continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. Enhances the effectiveness of safety initiatives by providing timely communication and support to employees and stakeholders.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
0 - 4 years of experience in EHS support roles within corporate, industrial, consulting environments, or a related field required.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction training preferred.
