Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Senior Labor Analyst to develop, implement, and maintain standardized reports and dashboards. The role focuses on labor, productivity, and HR analytics, delivering actionable insights to senior management.

The ideal candidate has five years of analytics/reporting experience (or three years plus a Master's) and exposure to healthcare settings. Tableau and Agile experience are preferred, supporting data-driven workforce strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Labor Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized reports and dashboards, conducting in-depth data analyses, and providing consultative support to System and local management. With a strong emphasis on Labor & Productivity and Human Resources, the Senior Labor Analyst will leverage advanced statistical analyses, market research, and industry benchmarking to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. The Senior Labor Analyst will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making, optimizing workforce strategies, and enhancing overall organizational performance.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely-related field Preferred
• Master's Degree can be substituted for up to two years of experience Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years progressive work experience, with an emphasis on analytics and reporting Required or
• 3 years progressive work experience, with an emphasis on analytics and reporting and a Master's degree Required
• Experience working in healthcare Preferred
• Experience with Tableau Preferred
• Experience working in Agile environment Preferred
