Primary Function

The Knowledge Management Analyst supports Target's knowledge sharing with vendor partners by managing communication channels, providing training, supporting system development, and resolving high-severity system issues in collaboration with TTS and Product Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, edit, approve published content on external websites and vendor communications; manage system issues; deliver content creation and system training.
• Partner with business owners to support knowledge sharing goals and ensure content is usable, accessible, and on-brand.
• Collaborate with product teams on system and process development.
• Use analytics to inform content management and optimize search results.
• Consult with legal and Records Management teams as needed.
• Develop content standards to ensure consistency and usability.
• Evaluate and recommend new knowledge sharing tools and trends.
