Job summary

Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is seeking a Kinaxis Senior Solution Architect/Fellow with deep expertise across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Enterprise Scheduling and Worksheet AI to design and implement Maestro-based planning solutions for global supply chains.

You will lead solution design, configuration and deployment across multiple Maestro modules, act as client advisor, drive discovery, validate requirements and mentor teams while ensuring scalable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain/Business Software/Industry consulting.
• Minimum 10 years of design, configuration and implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Maestro Solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Production scheduling across industries.
• Experience with Maestro integration to ERPs, CRMs and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across Kinaxis Maestro implementations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and develop requirements with business stakeholders.
• Craft Conceptual Solution Design and configure planning logic across modules.
• Design and author Maestro assets (Workbooks, Worksheets, Dashboards).

What we're looking for

Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is seeking a Kinaxis Senior Solution Architect/Fellow with a deep understanding of all Maestro functions including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Enterprise Scheduling and Worksheet AI to join our Kinaxis Practice. You will be responsible for architecting planning solutions that integrate business objectives and processes, system capability, and functional best practices—especially across global supply chain environments.

As a Kinaxis Solution Architect, you’ll lead solution design, configuration and implementation across multiple Maestro modules. As a client advisor and advocate, you will play an integral role enabling the client to achieve or exceed expected outcomes and overall success. You will support client discovery and testing activities and drive the adoption of modern planning capabilities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across industries and geographies, ensuring scalable solutions are delivered with precision and value.

Required qualifications

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• · A bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a relevant field is required.
• · Minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting experience; such as Supply Chain Consulting, Business Software Consulting or Industry Consulting
• · Minimum of 10 years of experience of design, configuration and implementation of different Kinaxis Rapid Maestro Solutions that leverage functionality including Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Enterprise Scheduling, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning
• · Hands-on experience of Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Re-order point planning, MRP, MPS, Long term Planning, Capacity planning and Production scheduling, across multiple industries
• · Hands on experience of Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance i.e. Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts etc.
• · Knowledge and experience of Maestro integration with ERPs, CRMs, Excel data warehouses and other data sources
• · A solid track record of successful client transformations and Maestro implementations

Experience that's a plus

You’ll stand out if you also bring experience with:

• · Experience in High Tech, CPG, Industrial, Pharma and Life Sciences and Automotive
• · Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Oracle EBS and other ERPs and common Maestro data sources
• · A passion for working in customer-facing roles with great interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• · The ability to leverage your storytelling skills to help clients reimagine their future state

What you'll do

Your typical day may include?

• · Serve as the lead solution architect across Kinaxis Maestro implementations
• · Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders
• · Craft the overall Conceptual Solution Design
• · Configure the system to support planning logic across demand forecasting, MRP, capacity planning, and ATP
• · Design and author Maestro assets such as Workbooks and Worksheets, Task Flows, Alerts, Automation, Scripting and Dashboards
• · Collaborate with integration teams to support data integration design and migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and testing
• · Support all activities in a typical Maestro Implementation including Mobilization, Discovery, Design, Data Validation, Configuration and Build, Sprint Demo and Playback, Planning Validation, Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, Go Live and Hypercare
• · Ensure planning solutions align with operational goals and enable decision agility for the client
• · Provide functional and technical guidance and mentoring to internal and client-side teams
• · Advise in an SME role to multiple Spinnaker SCA client delivery teams and with potential clients during the pursuit cycle
• · Act as a knowledge resource and champion for Kinaxis planning best practices internally at Spinnaker SCA

Pay Range: $170,000-$250,000 USD + Bonus

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Spinnaker SCA. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
