Job summary

DSS in Richmond, VA seeks a Java Full Stack Developer with Spring Boot and JEE experience to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications written in Java, JEE and JSF. The role covers the full lifecycle from design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Experience with RESTful services, security standards, and Oracle SQL is required, along with strong CI/CD collaboration with DevOps teams. This is a contract position in the US.

• Design, develop, and implement complex full-stack application systems across the entire software development lifecycle.


• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment


• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications


• Build scalable microservices using Spring Boot and event-driven patterns, ensuring alignment with cloud-native development principles


• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service-oriented integrations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and secure design through the application of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards.


• Work with devops teams to Establish CI/CD pipelines using version control systems (GitHub) and automation tooling to support continuous delivery and deployment practices.


• Detailed knowledge of developing Oracle SQL Scripts and knowledge Persistence frameworks
