Job summary

StaffXpert LLC seeks an experienced Sr. Java Full Stack Developer to build end-to-end features across frontend and backend using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript. You will leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development and work on scalable, cloud-native microservices and REST APIs.

Ideal candidates have deep Java threading/concurrency knowledge, experience with AWS, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and strong design pattern adherence. Strong communication and Agile participation are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI / AI-assisted software development.
• Experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Kiro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Java threading/concurrency.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, and defensive programming.
• Experience with cloud-native development, preferably AWS.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver end-to-end full-stack application features.
• Build modern frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript; React/Stencil experience is a plus.
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop supporting services using Python as required.
• Implement and work with microservices and cloud-native architectures, preferably on AWS.
• Apply strong knowledge of Java threading/concurrency, OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and Clean Code practices.
• Utilize GenAI and AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Kiro, or similar platforms.
• Contribute to AI-agent development and validate AI-generated code for functionality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and GenAI. The ideal candidate will develop end-to-end application features across modern frontend and backend platforms and leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery.

The candidate should have experience building scalable, cloud-native applications, microservices, REST APIs, and modern web applications, along with a strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
