Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Java Developer with banking domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop code for proofs-of-concept and prototypes supporting solution architecture
• Contribute to performance management improvements
• Review and help define functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into architectural specifications
• Lead design, coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications
• Develop technical specifications for COTS software and configure products accordingly
• Maintain expertise in functionality and architecture

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing software project delivery
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices, Java 11, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka/JMS/MQ, UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting, Oracle, MS-SQL
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Preferred

• Banking industry experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
