Job summary

McKesson is hiring a Full-Time Janitor to maintain pristine offices and industrial spaces. The role supports daily operations by cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas, handling trash, and keeping battery areas and equipment in safe condition.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional overtime; starting pay is $22 per hour. The successful candidate will have at least one year of janitorial experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of janitorial services experience.
• Experience Operating Power Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining premises and work areas of offices and industrial buildings.
• Uses janitorial supplies, maintains restroom areas and removes garbage.
• Maintain Industrial batteries
• Maintain battery area cleanliness
• Maintain general building cleanliness
• Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors
• Removing refuse
• Polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or restrooms

McKesson Pharma supplies pharmaceuticals and pharma supplies to hospitals, pharmacies, physicians' offices, home care agencies, long-term care facilities and surgical centers. Working here is your opportunity to shape an industry that’s vital to us all.

We currently have the following shift available to add to our team: Monday to Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM - 8 hour shifts - There are times when shifts may be extended past your work schedule time, overtime is compensated $22.00/hr to start.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry 20 – 50 pounds
