Job Title: Sr. IT Software Engineer - ScriptMed Remote

Description: The Sr. IT Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design of ScriptMed Configuration to ensure they meet all resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional, and operational readiness use cases. This role includes owning the technology solutions, proactive monitoring, alerting, and communicating overall system health and future sustainability.

Responsibilities

1. Lead design to ensure configuration solutions meet all use cases.
2. Develop, maintain, and support existing systems and platforms.
3. Leverage experience in ScriptMed, especially in Specialty operations.
4. Manage work direction, influence, and provide feedback to team members.
5. Participate in staffing plans and staff performance reviews.
6. Own technology solutions, including monitoring, alerting, and technological roadmap.
7. Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of application development or software implementation experience.
• Ability to lead, influence, mentor, and manage work direction.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits
