We're seeking a skilled Senior IT Site Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to our organization. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth IT operations and user satisfaction. Reporting to the Director, IT Operations, Digital Employee Experience, in this role you will:



  • Respond promptly to IT support requests, providing efficient troubleshooting and resolution for all technology-related issues and deliver hands-on technical support both in-person and remotely for computer systems, applications, software, and hardware

  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee equipment, including setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals

  • Install, configure, and maintain standard hardware and software according to company specifications

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues

  • Support and maintain conference room technologies, Zoom meeting services, and printers and maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment, software licenses, and assets


What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)



  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

  • Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system for managing and tracking support requests

  • Experience supporting both Windows and MacOS operating systems and proficiency with Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience supporting various hardware platforms

  • Experience configuring and supporting Zoom meeting platforms

  • US Citizenship required


What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)



  • Experience with Zoom Room equipment setup and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including subnets, DNS, DHCP, and WiFi technologies

  • Experience with IT asset management systems and knowledge of IT security best practices

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.


The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$91,000$130,000 USD
