The Opportunity:

Seeking a skilled Sr IT Project Manager, ERP to lead the implementation of an ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Must have a proven track record in large-scale ERP programs, leadership, transformation, and IT project management.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Serve as the main contact for ERP activities. Deliver capabilities across 150 markets globally.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects to successful outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership to define objectives, communicate status, risks, and issues, and provide solutions.
• Team Management: Build and guide a high-performing team, including internal staff and external vendors.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, develop corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure ERP meets requirements through testing, oversee data migration and system validation.
• Change Management: Create strategies for user adoption, provide training and support.
• Budget and Resources: Manage budgets, optimize resource use.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• [Preferred] Master's or certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL).
• 15+ years in IT program management, ERP focus.
• Experience with global ERP implementations, cloud solutions, SaaS.
• Knowledge of ERP compliance, supply chain systems, Oracle ERP experience.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills.

The annual salary range is $163,000 - $190,000, based on location, skills, and experience. Mattel offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth resources.
