Jobgether seeks a senior IT Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with objectives, budgets, and scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, data, analytics, and support, while communicating with customer leadership and stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs in enterprise or federal settings.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• PMI PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting federal government or DoD customers.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for enterprise IT initiatives.
• Manage schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, cybersecurity, cloud ops, data, analytics, and support.
• Contribute to strategic planning, roadmaps, modernization, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary point of contact between customer leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, reviews, and executive briefings.
• Provide timely updates on progress, risks, issues, metrics, and commitments.
• Oversee cloud-hosted platforms, data environments, and related operations.
• Coordinate data integration, analytics, BI, data warehousing, and reporting initiatives.
• Support data governance, platform operations, and enterprise analytics solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues aligned with contractual deliverables.
• Establish governance, QA, and reporting processes to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, knowledge transfer, documentation, and readiness activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and operational guidance.
• Support transition planning, continuity, and sustainment strategies.

Accountabilities

• - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope.

• - Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• - Serve as the primary point of contact between customer leadership, business stakeholders, and technical project teams.
• - Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, project reviews, executive briefings, and stakeholder discussions.
• - Build and maintain trusted relationships with program leadership and customer representatives through clear, proactive communication.
• - Provide timely updates on project progress, risks, issues, performance metrics, and delivery commitments.
• - Oversee support and sustainment activities for cloud-hosted enterprise platforms and data environments.
• - Coordinate infrastructure, application, data integration, analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting initiatives.
• - Support technical teams responsible for data governance, platform operations, and enterprise analytics solutions.
• - Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues while monitoring key performance indicators and contractual deliverables.
• - Establish and maintain effective project governance, quality assurance, and reporting processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• - Oversee onboarding, knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness activities.
• - Ensure the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and operational guidance.
• - Support transition planning, continuity of operations, and long-term sustainment strategies.
• - Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and deliver recommendations that support the customer's broader mission.

Requirements:

• - At least 10 years of experience managing complex IT programs and projects, ideally within large-scale enterprise or federal environments.
• - Active Secret security clearance is required.
• - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• - Demonstrated success leading enterprise IT, cloud computing, digital transformation, data analytics, or technology modernization initiatives.
• - Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
• - Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• - Experience with one or more of the following technologies and platforms is highly desirable:
• AWS GovCloud.
• - Cloud operations and infrastructure management.
• - Data lakes and data warehouses.
• - Tableau and Databricks.
• - Informatica and SAP BusinessObjects.
• - Oracle databases and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• - Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• - API integration platforms.
• - Azure DevOps (ADO).
• - Data governance, analytics, business intelligence, and reporting solutions.
• - Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• - Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, project briefings, and comprehensive project documentation.
• - Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical teams and senior decision-makers.
• - Candidates based within driving distance of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania are preferred for occasional in-person meetings and collaboration.
• - Remote work may be available with customer approval.
