The Senior IT Make Engineer, with an OT/IT/MES focus, will lead the integration, support, and continuous improvement of technologies connecting corporate Information Technology (IT) with Operational Technology (OT) systems, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This role promotes reliable operations, industrial cybersecurity, and secure, scalable solutions critical for critical manufacturing environments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer, or Software Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing IT environment, including 2 years supporting IT/OT/MES applications. Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, switching, VLANs, VMware, Hyper-V. Experience with industrial platforms such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, Historian, and MES. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $91,000.00 - $147,200.00
