• Strong experience with system installation, configuration, analysis, and data protection operations and legislation (e.g., GDPR).
• Thorough knowledge of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), cloud computing, and single sign-on (Active Directory, Okta, AWS).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical architect for the company’s SaaS ecosystem, designing and implementing integrations that connect SaaS applications into cohesive, secure workflows.
• Design, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switching, and routing).
• Monitor network health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving connectivity and system issues.
• Collaborate with Security to implement and maintain system security controls (e.g., user authorization, firewalls, endpoint protection).
• Collaborate with Cloud/Infrastructure to design, deploy, and support scalable hybrid and cloud environments.
• Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software.
• Administer and support VMware Workspace ONE for device enrollment, configuration, application deployment, and policy management.
• Assess system performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure data handling per legal and company guidelines.
• Provide escalation support and mentor team members on best practices.
• Develop and deliver training and documentation to end users on systems, tools, and security best practices.
• Navigate software licensing models and manage SaaS purchases, usage, and renewals.
• Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses.

Purpose of Role

The Senior IT Engineer designs, builds, and supports the company’s hardware, software, network infrastructure, and SaaS ecosystem. This position is responsible for architecting scalable and secure systems, monitoring network health, leading infrastructure projects, ensuring robust data protection, and resolving complex technical issues across our growing environment.

What You Will Work On
