Current Need

We are looking for a Sr. IT Architect Fieldglass for our Enterprise Applications P2P Technology Services in Irving, TX or Alpharetta GA or Richmond VA.

The Sr. IT Architect Fieldglass will have a deep understanding of P2P processes and applications and experience in Fieldglass Contingent workforce management, Worker profile management and integration with SAP (ECC, Ariba) and any HRIS like Workday.

The Sr. Architect will drive cross functional collaboration within and across the McKesson Technology and Business teams.

Position Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. Design, develop and implement the solution for Fieldglass, considering business needs, technical constraints, and integration requirements.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
3. Design and implement solutions for contingent workforce management, including worker profile management.
4. Configure and customize SAP Fieldglass modules, workflow, and functionalities according to business requirements.
5. Perform system testing and support User acceptance testing to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
6. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems.
7. Stay up to date with the latest Fieldglass technologies and best practices.

Key Competencies

1. Fieldglass configuration and customization.
2. Fieldglass integration with SAP Ariba, S4/ECC and HRIS.
3. Ariba knowledge is a huge plus.

Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 7+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in SAP Fieldglass.

Critical Skills

1. 7+ years of experience of professional experience in related IT field
2. Experience configuring, customizing, and integrating SAP Fieldglass application.
3. Nice to have Ariba knowledge and experience.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$126,400 - $210,600
