Title: Senior iOS Engineer

Location: Remote from the U.S.

Reports to: Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior iOS Engineer to join our Growth team. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning our brightest ideas into reality by building well tested, performant, best in class features. They will build a team of creative, talented, and engaged iOS engineers and foster a healthy culture of collaboration. Finally, they will identify areas of risk in the code and drive initiatives to give LTK’s users the best experience possible in our apps.

• Our consumer app is used monthly by millions of users. Our exclusive creator app also serves tens of thousands content creators.
• Our product has been acknowledged for its innovation in influencer marketing, and our iOS app has been featured multiple times on the App Store.
• Our products drive real revenue for retailers and offer life-changing earnings to content creators.

How you will make an impact

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop sophisticated iOS functionality
• Write effective code that demonstrates best practices
• Lead projects by organizing work , delegating, unblocking teammates while maintaining coding standards
• Identify and address performance issues, memory leaks, and other bottlenecks
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and trends and apply them to development as appropriate
• Leverage AI to enhance both developer productivity (e.g. code generation, testing, automation) and user-facing experiences (e.g. personalized interfaces, on-device intelligence, ML-driven features); comfortable evaluating and integrating AI APIs, models, and tooling.

What you will bring to LTK

• 6+ years of experience in developing and delivering high-quality iOS applications
• Expert-level knowledge of SwiftUI and UIKit
• Strong experience with iOS SDK and Xcode
• Solid understanding of iOS application architecture and design patterns
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as XCTest and Swift Testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, tools, and best practices
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats
• Experience with iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and modern concurrency paradigms
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Contributions to open source projects
