The Investment Associate is responsible for all administrative aspects of a portfolio, including file setup, ordering reports, processing physical stock and bond certificates, preparing material for client review meetings, and supporting investment management clients and Investment Advisors.
They also support risk and compliance requirements for the team, mitigating losses due to error and coordinating monthly compliance and new account review processes.
