What You’ll Be Doing?

• Create and manage the style/color level buy plans to meet MOQ requirements
• Create and monitor Purchase Orders to ensure products arrive in the most cost-effective and efficient manner
• Track and monitor demand: Review actual demand vs. forecasted demand and adjust buy plans as appropriate
• Review and analyze forecast: Leverage/maximize tool capabilities to ensure forecasting accuracy
• Inventory Management: Ensure purchasing decisions are aligned to Open to Buy
• Sizing Effectiveness: Manage the creation, sizing, and ongoing maintenance of purchase orders to optimize inventory

What Makes You the Perfect Fit!

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred
• 5+ years of Merchandising or Inventory Planning experience required
• Problem-solving mindset, analytical skills required
• Financial management & business acumen skills required
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Excel experience required
• SAP and/or IBP experience preferred
