Hydraflow is seeking a Sr. Inventory Control Specialist to manage all aspects of inventory control across locations, ensuring accurate stock and efficient material flow. You will drive process improvements, coordinate with Production Control, and maintain cycle counts, audits, and KPI tracking.
Required are a Bachelor's in Business or related field, 3+ years in manufacturing inventory, ERP proficiency, and strong analytical skills. Must be a U.S.

Overall Purpose:
The Sr. Inventory Control Specialist will manage all aspects of inventory control to ensure the right quantities of material, parts and assemblies are available at the right locations. This role supports operational efficiency and cost management by maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing stock discrepancies.

Work Environment: Warehouse and office setting

This role starts between $90,000 - $115,000 / year based on experience.
