About the Team

The Supply Chain Technology team within OpenAI’s Enterprise Platform & Technology builds and scales the systems and data architecture that power our core supply chain operations. We enable operational agility, visibility, and execution across planning through fulfillment and partner operations. About the Role

As a Senior Integrations Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the integrations and custom applications that connect OpenAI’s supply chain ecosystem. You will combine integration platforms, Python development, and APIs to deliver reliable data flows across enterprise systems, internal applications, and external partners. You will partner closely with Hardware Operations, Application Engineers, Product Managers, IT, and business teams to improve data integrity, automate operational workflows, and support the transition from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms. This is a hands‑on engineering role with ownership across architecture, implementation, deployment, and ongoing production support.

In this role, you will Define integration architecture and reusable design patterns across the supply chain technology landscape, balancing reliability, security, maintainability, and delivery speed. Build and support integrations connecting ERP and SCM systems, internal applications, e‑commerce platforms, third‑party logistics providers (3PLs), contract manufacturers (CMs), retailers, and distributors.
