What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex analysis to create actionable recommendations for growth and profitability
- Assess market risks and opportunities, using data insights to influence executive decisions
- Utilize tools such as Snowflake, SQL, and Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to support product development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of analytical experience in the insurance industry; experience across multiple functions preferred
- Superior research, analytical, and mathematical skills with the ability to conduct structured analyses
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make effective presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, and structured analysis techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pursuit or completion of industry-relevant continuing education or advanced degrees
- 0-2 years of leadership and mentoring experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong data visualization skills, particularly with PowerBI
- Experience in budget forecasting and project management skills
