PRPDG seeks an instrument technician to calibrate, repair, install, troubleshoot, loop check, and document instruments and process control systems in manufacturing and analytical labs.

Work must minimize production impact while complying with cGMP and Amgen regulations. The role requires familiarity with GxP documentation, LOTO, autoclave operation, and Maximo CMMS.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with instrument experience, or high school/GED plus instrument experience.
• GxP documentation knowledge and adherence to regulatory controls.
• Basic calibration of temperature, pressure, level, and analytical instrumentation.
• Sanitary diaphragms and gaskets replacement skills.
• Autoclave/Glasswasher operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Maximo CMMS documentation.
• Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and safety.
• Technical documentation skills and recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Calibrate, repair, install, troubleshoot, loop check and document instruments and process control systems.
• Ensure all work minimizes production impact while complying with cGMP and Amgen regulations.
• Maintain and update calibration and maintenance records in CMMS and other systems.

SUMMARY

Under minimal direction, is responsible for performing/providing calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, loop checking and documentation of instruments and process control systems used in manufacturing and utility plants and analytical labs.

All work must be completed to assure minimal impact to production while complying with cGMP and Amgen regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's and 6 months of instrument work or military experience OR High school/GED + 2 years of instrument work or military experience
• GxP Documentation
• Basic Calibration of Temperature, Pressure, Level and Analytical Instrumentation
• Sanitary Diaphragms and Gaskets replacement skills
• Autoclave/Glasswasher skills
• Maximo CMMS Documentation
• Technical Documentation skills
• Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) skills
