Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Instructor – PSAC (Personnel Security Adjudication Course) in our National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). This is a PART TIME role, with 10 hours one month and at least 20 hours the next, ongoing for an extended period. It is 100% remote, and security clearance is not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop an online Personnel Security Adjudication Course (up to 20 hours per session), with 10 hours of review and preparation prior to each session.
• Provide 10-20 hours of support per month, with courses every other month; 20 hours when teaching, plus up to 10 hours of prep in off months.
• Leverage adjudicator knowledge and experience to support training at all organizational levels.
• Support a specific office and provide general support to other directorates, offices, and centers as needed.
• Administer experiential learning experiences and simulations.
• Stay updated on IT training needs, trends, methods, and new materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years with a BS/BA; 10 years with an MS/MA; 7 years with a PhD; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in personnel security adjudication.
• Previous instructor experience in the Intelligence Community is preferred.
