WideNet Consulting Group is hiring an Sr. Instructional Designer - AI Enablement to design and lead our enterprise-wide AI training strategy.

The role blends instructional design with AI tooling fluency, creating engaging learning for a global workforce from beginners to power users. You will build foundational AI101 content around Claude, develop advanced modules, and orchestrate hands-on experiences like hackathons, with a strong emphasis on engaging, non-compliance style training.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design or technical training.
• Experience designing training for a global/enterprise-scale audience.
• Strong facilitation and event-management skills (hackathons, workshops).
• Familiarity with corporate learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, SuccessFactors).
• Working knowledge of Claude and AI literacy to build accurate content.
• Creative instincts to translate AI concepts into engaging learning content.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an official AI curriculum for an enterprise employee base leveraging existing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, SuccessFactors).
• Create foundational AI101 content covering Claude, its benefits, and how to get started.
• Develop advanced content to deepen AI skills and enable smarter daily work with AI.
• Plan, manage, and deliver hands-on learning experiences such as hackathons.
• Bring a creative, engaging approach to training that feels motivating, not like compliance training.
• Help build certification paths tied to the company’s broader career development framework.

Job Description:

Location: This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Renton, WA, with some hybrid flexibility.

Overview

We’re looking for someone to design and lead our enterprise-wide AI training and curriculum strategy. This role blends instructional design with technical fluency in AI tools - you’ll build learning experiences that make AI adoption approachable and genuinely engaging for a global workforce, from complete beginners to power users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build an official AI curriculum for a enterprise employee base, leveraging existing platforms and resources (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, SuccessFactors)
• Create foundational "AI 101" content covering how to use Claude, its benefits, and how to get started
• Develop advanced content to help employees deepen their AI skills and work more intelligently with AI across daily tasks
• Plan, manage, and deliver hands-on learning experiences such as hackathons
• Bring a creative, engaging approach to training - this should feel motivating, not like compliance training
• Help build certification paths tied to the company’s broader career development framework

What We’re Looking For
