The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and driving the performance of the Inside Sales organization. This role ensures the team delivers exceptional customer service, executes the quote-to-order process with speed and accuracy, maintains reliable forecasting, and partners cross-functionally to support revenue growth.
The Inside Sales Manager establishes the processes, expectations, and accountability necessary for a high-performing team. They serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service, ensuring internal alignment while continuously improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Success in this role is measured by team performance, forecast accuracy, response time, customer satisfaction, and execution against company sales objectives.

To perform this position successfully, an individual must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, business judgment, and organizational skills while effectively managing a high-performing customer support organization.
As part of their job duties, the employee must sit for lengthy periods while operating a computer. They frequently use their hands to type, handle objects, and communicate verbally. Additionally, they may need to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to twenty (20) pounds. This role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, reaching at or below shoulder level, and keyboarding. Approximately5-10% of travel is expected.
According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between $120,000 and $150,000 annually. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline. When extending an offer, Amphenol CDI considers various factors such as the position's responsibilities, scope of work, candidate's work experience, education/training, essential skills, internal pay equity, and market considerations.
