Job Description:

• 7+ Years of experience as a Project Manager, PMP certification a plus
• Successfully completed large, complex Infrastructure projects
• Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery
• Provide a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders
• Engage in project planning activities such as defining scope, creating and maintaining schedules with milestones, identifying dependencies, and establishing control mechanisms (e.g., Kick-off meetings, communication plans, risk and issues management, change control)
• Define project governance, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths
• Set success criteria upfront to promote alignment and actively manage project outcomes
• Keep all stakeholders engaged, aligned, and informed throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively communicate progress, ensuring transparency and enabling effective decision-making
• Facilitate alignment across client business areas to meet organizational objectives
• Understand organizational workflows and navigate formal and informal channels effectively
